Diary in English

It is too hot here.
An old man collapsed down in front of my colleague who drove the car.
He parked, and bring the man to a hospital, it's lucky there were front of the hospital! 
My colleague did a good thing, I'm proud of him, another colleague said
"You did good thing so  good will happen"
I think the colleague won't help someone without reward, honestly he is.

I have an appointment of dentist.
I don't want to go outside because of this terrible hotness.
