私は社会系の問題が答えやすいので２番を選択しました。
日本が移民受け入れに寛容になる理由として
①日本の少子高齢化による人手不足
②移民受け入れにより日本の多様性につながること
の2点を準備の30秒間で考えました。

Japan is facing significant challenges with a low birth rate and a rapidly aging population. To sustain its economic growth and maintain social stability, it is essential for Japan to attract and accept more immigrants into its labor workforce. This influx of diverse talent will not only help alleviate the pressure on younger workers, preventing excessively long hours, but also contribute to making Japan more globally competitive.

Currently, there are few companies in Japan where employees can speak multiple languages or where there are a significant number of foreign workers. Increasing the number of immigrants is crucial for fostering a more diverse and inclusive environment, which in turn will spur creativity and innovation among Japanese people by exposing them to different perspectives and ideas.

For these reasons, Japan should become more accepting of immigrants.

I believe I can support immigrants by helping them with language barriers. In Japan, many people struggle with speaking English, and effective communication is essential for integrating into society.
