(Proverbs 29:23) “A man’s pride will bring him low, But the humble in spirit will retain honor.” 
(箴言29:23）"人の高慢はその人を低くするが、心のへりくだった人は誉れを保つ。"

Our theme Scripture is teaching one key lesson and that lesson is if you are humble, you will have honor instead of being demoted. To be humble means to be lowly or to bring yourself low. 
私たちのテーマ聖句は一つの重要な教訓を教えている。へりくだるとは、自分を低くすることである。

In the Kingdom of God, the greatest is the One with the highest form of humility (Matthew 18:4). Jesus knew this so He humbled Himself even unto death which was the shameful death on the cross. 
神の国では、最も偉い人は最も謙遜な人である（マタイ18:4）。イエスはこのことを知っておられたので、十字架の恥ずべき死に至るまでへりくだられたのである。

Philippians 2:8-10 has it that “And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth. 
ピリピ2:8-10によれば、「イエスは、人の姿をしておられましたが、ご自身をへりくだり、死に至るまで、それも十字架の死に至るまで、従順になられました。それは、イエスの御名によって、天にいる者、地にいる者、地の下にいる者、すべてのひざがひざまずくためです。

James 4:6 also adds that God gives more grace and favor to the humble. The benefits of being humble are too numerous to count so humble yourself. Bring yourself low and let God’s Word rule over you. 
ヤコブ4:6はまた、神はへりくだる者に、より多くの恵みと好意をお与えになると付け加えている。へりくだることの恩恵は数え切れないほどある。自分を低くして、神の御言葉に支配されなさい。

Stay in prayer and declare that you cannot be demoted for you are marked with humility. Hallelujah! 
祈りにとどまり、あなたはへりくだった者であるから、降格することはできないと宣言しなさい。ハレルヤ！

Confession: I refuse to be proud for pride is costly. I am full of humility so God will keep heaping grace and favor on me. Humility is my mark. Hallelujah! 
告白しよう： 高慢は高くつくので、私は高慢になることを拒否します。私は謙遜に満ちているので、神は私に恵みと好意を与え続けてくださる。謙遜は私のしるしです。ハレルヤ！

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
