Do you need a change in your life? 

あなたの人生に変化が必要ですか？

Check your thought patterns first. 

まずは自分の思考パターンをチェックしてみましょう。

The kind of thoughts you have can allow or disallow the devil from operating freely in your life. 

あなたがどんな考えを持っているかによって、悪魔があなたの人生で自由に活動できるようになったり、できなくなったりします。

At a period in my life, I started having funny feelings in my throat whenever the train I boarded to school crossed a particular river. 

私はある時期、通学のために乗った電車が特定の川を渡るたびに、喉におかしな感覚を覚えるようになりました。

Earlier, I thought it was something normal, but it persisted for almost three days once I got to that same river. 

それまでは何でもないことだと思っていたのですが、その川を渡ると3日ほど続いたのです。

Then I began to think of myself as a child of God who is not meant to be tormented by evil spirits. 

そこで私は、自分は神の子であり、悪霊に苦しめられるはずがないと考えるようになりました。

Based on this thought, I said to the funny feeling in my throat, “if you are a man like me, come again”! 

そして、自分は神の子であり、悪霊に悩まされるはずがないと考えるようになり、喉のおかしな感覚に向かって、「私のような人間ならば、もう一度来なさい」と言ったのです。

That ended it! It is a matter of your thoughts. The Spirit of Jesus is living in you now (Galatians 4:6; 1 John 4:17). 

それで終わったのです。それは、あなたの思いの問題です。今、あなたの中にはイエスの霊が住んでいます（ガラテヤ4:6、1ヨハネ4:17）

How could you be afraid of demons and the devil? 

どうして悪魔や悪霊を恐れることができるのでしょうか？

Be mentally strong for thoughts are spiritual. Halleluyah!

思考は霊的なものなので、精神的に強くなりましょう。 Halleluyah!

Meditation: (Proverbs 23:7) For as he thinks in his heart, so is he..,

Activity: Pray fervently in the spirit and declare that from today you are disallowing negative thoughts from dominating your life.

Confession: I think of success, beauty, elegance, glory, riches, wealth, health, and blessings. I am mentally strong hence nothing of the devil can never overpower me. Halleluyah!
