(Ephesian 4:31) Let all bitterness and indignation and wrath (passion, rage, bad temper) and resentment (anger, animosity) and quarrelling (brawling, clamour, contention) and slander (evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language) be banished from you, with all malice (spite, ill will, or baseness of any kind).
(エペソ4:31) すべての恨み、憤り、怒り、恨み（怒り、敵意）、けんか（けんか、口論、争い）、中傷（悪口、悪口、冒涜的な言葉）を、すべての悪意（恨み、悪意、あらゆる種類の卑しさ）とともに、あなたがたから追放しなさい。

There are certain habits God expects you to put off or banish from your life once you become a Christian. Once you banish them it becomes easy to move up in the spirit and receive promotions. Next, God is happy to train you with His Word so that you can exhibit the true Christian character wherever you find yourself. Some habits God wants you to banish are bitterness, indignation, wrath (evil passion, rage, bad temper), resentment (animosity, anger), quarrelling (brawling, clamour, contention), slander (abusive or blasphemous language) and malice (ill will). With the power of the Holy Spirit inside you and with your cooperation, it is very easy to break-away from these bad habits. Right now, lay your hands on that part of your body, which you have been using in carrying out that bad deed and say “by the power of the Holy Ghost I will do right from today”. If you are a womaniser, just lay your hand on your genitals, if you are a liar, just touch your mouth, if you easily get angry, lay your hand on your chest and declare a change in that part of your body in Jesus mighty name. Now, cooperate with the Holy Spirit, in order not to repeat such bad habits. After putting these bad habits away, God expects you to replace them with a compassionate, understanding, loving heart which easily forgives (Ephesian 4:32). Spend quality time today and declare that you won’t be a slave to any bad habit in Jesus mighty name.
クリスチャンになったら、神があなたの生活から遠ざけるように、あるいは追放するようにと期待されている習慣があります。いったんそれらを追放すれば、霊において出世し、昇進することが容易になる。次に、あなたがどこにいても真のクリスチャンらしさを発揮できるように、神は喜んで御言葉によってあなたを訓練してくださる。神があなたに追放してほしいと願っておられる習慣には、恨み、憤り、怒り（邪悪な情熱、激怒、短気）、恨み（敵意、怒り）、けんか（喧嘩、口論、争い）、中傷（罵詈雑言、冒涜的な言葉）、悪意（悪意）などがある。あなたの内に聖霊の力があり、あなたの協力があれば、これらの悪い習慣から抜け出すことはとても簡単です。今すぐ、悪い行いをするときに使っていた体の一部に手を置き、「聖霊の力によって、今日から正しい行いをします」と言いなさい。女たらしなら性器に手を置き、嘘つきなら口に触れ、怒りやすいなら胸に手を置き、イエスの力ある御名によって、あなたの体のその部分の変化を宣言しなさい。このような悪いことを繰り返さないために、聖霊と協力しなさい。

これらの悪い習慣を捨て去った後、神があなたに期待されているのは、憐れみ深く、理解力があり、赦しやすい愛に満ちた心に置き換えることだ（エペソ4:32）。今日、充実した時間を過ごし、イエスの力ある御名によって、あなたがどんな悪い習慣の奴隷にもならないことを宣言しましょう。

Confession: I banish bitterness, indignation, evil passion, anger, bad temper, animosity, contention, brawling, slander, blasphemous language with all ill will from life now! I am full of love. By the power of the Holy Ghost, no sin will be too difficult for me to forgive. Halleluyah!
