(Proverbs 4:18) But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

Drarkness rules in the night but as soon as light appears, darkness dissipates. The Bible teaches that when the light shined in the darkness, the darkness could not withstand it (John 1:5). God is light and He has made you light (1 John 1:5; Matthew 5:14).
