GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL Day 51 SET YOUR LOVE ON GODLY THINGS 神聖なものにあなたの愛を置きます

(Colossians 3:2) Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.　(コロサイ信徒への手紙3:2 あなたがたは上にあるものを思うべきであって、地上のものに心を引かれてはならない。)

As a Christian, you have to set your love on heaven and anything that has to do with the kingdom of God. 

クリスチャンとして、あなたは天国と神の国に関係するすべてのものにあなたの愛を置かなければなりません。

This is what counts in heaven. This does not mean do not improve your physical life on earth. No. God is interested in the improvement of your physical life too. 

これが天国で重要なことです。 これは、地球上のあなたの肉体的生活を改善しないという意味ではありません。 いいえ。神はあなたの肉体的生活の改善にも興味を持っておられます。

But when you set your love on the things of God, you become different; He will always prioritise your needs and meet them before others even though we are all his creation. 

しかし、あなたが神の事柄に愛を置くとき、あなたは違ったものになります。 私たち全員が神の創造物であるとしても、神は常にあなたのニーズを優先し、他の人よりも先にそれらを満たします。

For example, when you give cheerfully for his work on earth, he will prize you above other Christians (2 Corinthians 9:7 Let each one [give] as he has made up his own mind and purposed in his heart, not reluctantly or sorrowfully or under compulsion, for God loves (He takes pleasure in, prizes above other things, and is unwilling to abandon or to do without) a cheerful (joyous, prompt to do it) giver [whose heart is in his giving]). 

例えば、あなたが地上での彼の働きに元気を与えるとき、彼はあなたを他のクリスチャンよりも高く評価します（コリント第二9：7　各自は惜しむ心からでなく、また、しいられてでもなく、自ら心で決めたとおりにすべきである。神は喜んで施す人を愛して下さるのである。）

Confession: I have set my affection on things above only. I always give cheerfully and help expand God’s kingdom on this earth. The Holy Spirit is my darling. I am consumed in his love. Halleluyah!
