Definition

Artistic assertions and art movements that pursue the beauty of color itself. The idea that color is the most important thing from the artistic perspective. The feature is that there is no intention to draw something. The colors are painted just like they are spread over the palette.

Encounter with Paletteism

I'm so obsessed with the color of blue that I can't help but see it when I come across something "blue" in my daily life.As well as the things people find beautiful, such as the sky or the sea, I even see things such as blue trash cans or blue signs. I am just fascinated by the beauty of the color, blue.

One day, I meaninglessly painted the canvas various blue with different brightness. I was shocked. It was just like the sea, like the sky, like the wind. Until then, I had thought that the beauty of painting could only be realized with high-quality skills and elaboration. This work which was created from the simple method of "just painting", however, moved me a lot.

The significance of Paletteism's existence

In 2020, the world is heading for ruin.

Humans, who were nothing more than animals, acquired superior intelligence in the process of evolution, and acquired an overwhelming power that kept other creatures away. However, while the acquisition of intelligence has achieved some success in human survival on the earth, it has, on the other hand, complicated this world. All you need is good intelligence to make people happy. However, after all human beings are stupid animals. They have used it to hurt others as much as to make them happy. We must go back to the starting point. I believe that people are originally gentle and loving creatures that do not hope to hurt or eliminate anyone.

However, living in this world, they are hurt by someone or they can sometimes hurt someone. At such time, I face the color. I am convinced that colors have the power to restore their own order and the original gentle and loving human beings. The universe was born long before humans emerged, and color has existed ever since the moment light and objects emerged. We are a part of color, and color is our origin. We do not have to draw anything. All we have to do is to face the color that is our origin, and to be impressed by that. That is the significance of Paletteism's existance.

Paletteism as an art movement

In 2020, My art style which I have been seeking for many years became solidified by Paletteism. And I started to increasingly feel that I want artists all over the world to know about Paletteism, after I talked to some artists about it and got good reactions. If we were under normal circumstance, I would like to fly around the world to meet various artists and talk with them, but at this time, it is not very easy to go abroad.That's why I decided to publish Paletteism on the Internet. I am sure that many artists will be sympathetic to Paletteism. The main purpose of this art movement is to exchange opinions about Paletteism with many artists and create a better world.

定義

色そのものの美しさを追求する美術的主張、芸術運動。色こそが、美術的な観点において最も重要であるという考え。何かを描こうとせず、パレットに絵具を広げるように、色を塗っていくのが特徴。

paletteismとの出会い

私は日常に「青色の何か」があれば思わずそれを見てしまうほど青を溺愛している。それは青い何かが空や海といった、いわゆる人が綺麗だと感じるものに限らず、ゴミ箱や古い看板、ベンチも例外ではないのだ。私はただ青という色の美しさに目を奪われているのだ。

ある時、特に意味もなく、キャンバスに様々な明るさを持った青色を塗ってみた。私は衝撃を受けた。それはまるで海のようで、空のようで、風のようだったのだ。私は今まで絵画の美しさは高い技術と精巧さがあって初めて実現できるものだと考えていた。しかし、「ただ色を塗る」というシンプルな方法から生み出されたこの作品は私を大いに感動させたのだ。

paletteismの存在意義

2020年に入り、世界は自ら破滅へと向かっている。

テロ、戦争、パンデミック、人種差別

ただの動物に過ぎなかった人間は進化の過程で優れた知能を獲得し、他の生物を寄せ付けない圧倒的な力を手に入れた。ただ、知能の獲得は人間が地球で生き残ることにおいて一定の成果を出した一方、その反面、この世界を複雑なものにした。人を幸せにするための優れた知能ならばいい。ただ、所詮人間は愚かな動物なのである。人を幸せにするのと同じくらい、それを傷つけるために使ったのだ。私たちは原点に立ち返らなければならない。人は本来、優しく、愛情に溢れ、誰かを傷つけたり、排除することをは望まない生き物だということを私は信じている。

ただ、この世界で生きていると、誰かに傷つけられたり、時には誰かを傷付けることがある。そんな時、私は色と向き合う。色には自らの秩序を取り戻し、本来の優しく、愛情に溢れた人間を取り戻す力がある事を私は確信している。人間が現れる遥か昔、宇宙が生まれ、光と物体が現れたその時から色は存在してきた。私たちは色の一部であり、色は私たちの原点なのだ。何かを描く必要はない。ただ私たちの原点である色に向き合い、感動するのだ。それがpaletteismの存在意義である。

芸術運動としてのpaletteism

2020年に入り、長年模索してきた私のアートスタイルは、paletteismによって確固たるものなった。そして、何人かのアーティストにpaletteismのことを話し、良い反応をもらうと、ますます世界中のアーティストに知って欲しいという気持ちが湧いてきた。本来なら世界中を飛び回り、様々なアーティストに会って話をしたいところだが、このご時世、そう簡単に海外に行くことはできない。だから、こうして、インターネット上にpaletteismを公開することにした。私はたくさんのアーティストの人がpaletteismに共感してくれることを確信している。そして、たくさんのアーティストの方とpaletteismについて意見交換をし、より良い世界を作り上げることがこの芸術運動の最大の目的である。
