The origin

“Open up” means “to start to talk more about yourself and your feelings.”

This is the main reason why the company’s name is “Open Up.” I want people not to fear to talk about their illness, who they really are, etc. to others.

In Japan, there is a saying: “A nail that stands out will be hammered down.” Like this saying, some people want to be the same as others, which leads them to hide their faults and things that are different.

In the previous post, I wrote about myself being diagnosed with type one diabetes. It is not odd to be different from others. Everyone has their character, fault, strength, and other characteristics, which makes this world become an exciting place to live. Once everyone becomes the same, the world would most likely be a place of dullness.

Overall, what I want to tell you all is, “DO NOT BE AFRAID TO OPEN UP AND BE WHO YOU REALLY ARE.”
