週末旅・金沢＆能登廻り　a weekend wanderer - Kanazawa and Noto (Ishikawa prefecture)

Day 1

まずは金沢へ。見所が多い金沢の中でも、金沢21世紀美術館は是非とも訪れたい。
Heading to Kanazawa station. There are quite a lot of charming attractions in Kanazawa city, and the 21st century museum of contemporary art, Kanazawa is definitely one of the musts.

Day 2

レンタカーもしくはバスで能登半島の端を目指そう。
Travel to the edge of the Noto peninsula by rent-a-car or bus.

風光明媚な能登半島は、立ち寄りスポットが多い。白米千枚田で深呼吸はいかがだろうか。
The Noto peninsula is fully covered by nature and tradition, and so there are varieties of spots to stop on the way. How about taking a deep breath in a beautiful landscape at Shiroyone Senmaida? 

和倉温泉や七尾、輪島、珠洲などに宿が多い。お気に入りの一軒を見つけよう。
You can find your favourite accommodation in a town such as Wakura-onsen, Nanao, Wajima, or Suzu.

Day 3

能登半島の最先端を目指そう。禄剛埼灯台がその場所だ。
Let's get to the edge of the peninsula. The Rokkosaki Lighthouse is your destination.

のと里山空港から、もしくは金沢まで戻って列車にて帰路へ。
Return to your home from Noto Satoyama airport or by trains from Kanazawa station.

tips

もし時間い余裕があるのであれば、時間をかけて能登半島を巡っても興味深い発見があるだろう。また、金沢からは白川郷も遠くない。
If you can extend your plan, you can spend more time to experience more interesting discoveries in the Noto peninsula. Also, the Shirakawa-go is not far from Kanazawa city.
