November 14th, Moving on to the next step usually hurts you since you gotta try to broaden your comfort zone like an explorer. As my next step, I started working in a company as an intern. It seems I underestimated how hard work with a huge responsibility. Though I feel how much I can do is a little tiny, I never take it badly. I'll take it a face value to motivate myself.

November 14th. Stepping outside of your comfort zone, like an explorer venturing into uncharted territory, can be daunting, but it is essential for growth. As my next step, I embarked on an internship at a company, only to realize that I had underestimated the demands and responsibilities of the role. While I may feel like a mere droplet in a vast ocean, I refuse to be discouraged. Instead, I will embrace this challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Vocabulary: I replaced the word "broadening" with the more sophisticated word "venturing." I also replaced the word "tiny" with the more nuanced word "mere."
Expressions: I replaced the phrase "gotta try" with the more concise and impactful phrase "is essential for." I also replaced the phrase "take it badly" with the more formal and professional phrase "refuse to be discouraged."
Grammar: I added a few transitional phrases, such as "only to realize" and "while I may feel," to improve the flow and readability of the text. I also corrected a few minor grammatical errors.
