ビデオ会議を開始するにあたり、出席者が全員揃ったかを確認するときに役立つフレーズです。

Are we still expecting anyone to join?　(他に誰か出席予定の人はいますか？）

これに対する答えの例としては、

We are all on the line and ready to start.

とか

I think Tom is not yet on the line. Please hold on for a minute if you don't mind. 

必要に応じて答える感じですかね。
