はじめまして！日本語教師のShokoです。
おもに、1 on 1 のプライベートレッスンで 日本語を教えています。
Hello! I’m Shoko, a Japanese language teacher.
I usually teach Japanese in 1 on 1 private lessons.

ビギナーレベルを 勉強し終わって、
長い日本語の文章を 読めるようになった 生徒さんから、
「日本のニュースについて話したい」という話を よく聞きます。
I often hear from my students that they want to talk about Japanese news. Many of them have finished beginner level and become able to read some long Japanese readings.

日本のニュースサイトには、
「やさしい日本語」のニュースなど、
日本語が 初級(Elementary Level)のみなさんにも
読めるニュース記事が たくさんあります。
There are many” EASY JAPANESE” news sites in Japan.
They have  news articles that can be read by leaners in Elementary Level.

このnoteでは、
おもに初級～中級（Elementary～Intermediate）のみなさんが
日本語のニュースを読んで、テーマについて話すことができるように、
「読んで 話す」ためのヒントを書いています。
In this note, I write about tips for “reading and speaking” for mainly elementary ～ intermediate level.
Let's read Japanese news and talk about its theme.
