In my opinion, This night viewing spot where I want to recommend very much. Because, when I visit this spot, I was very moved by at this spot’s night
view among I have seen several spots for the past.
 
This spot is located in『Umeda sky building』.
The place is the rooftop. And then, This building’s height is 173 meters.
This night viewing spot opened in July 1993. If you visit this spot, you will be able to look at beautiful and wonderful panorama(360 degree).
 
That’s wonderful panorama is most of the Osaka Plains or Osaka Bay, Yodo River.And then, you can enjoy walking on the 『Rumi Sky Walk』as a star sky is slogan. Rumi Sky Walk is made of phosphorescent stone. This stone’s color is Blue.And then, there is a rumi deck for couples in this spot. If you make use of this deck,floor’s light has several color changes.

This night viewing spot is 10 minutes from Osaka or Umeda station on foot.
Or about 5minutes from Hanshin highway Umeda exit by car.

私の意見では、こちらの夜景スポットは私がとてもお勧めしたいスポットです。なぜなら私がこちらのスポットを訪れた時、過去にあらゆるスポットを見た中でこのスポットが一番感動したからです。このスポットは梅田スカイビル内にあります。その場所は屋上です。それからこの建物の高さは173ｍです。
こちらの夜景スポットは1993年7月にオープンしました。
もし皆さんがこのスポットを訪れれば、美しく素晴らしい360度のパノラマを見ることが出来るでしょう。
その素晴らしいパノラマの大部分が大阪平野、大阪湾、淀川です。それから皆さんは星空をスローガンとしてルミスカイウォークの上を歩いて楽しむことが出来るのです。ルミスカイウォークは発光顔料の石でできています。この石の色は青色です。それからこちらのスポットにはカップルの為のルミデッキがあります。
もし皆さんがこのデッキを利用するならば、床の光がいくつかの色に変化します。

こちらの夜景スポットは大阪駅または梅田駅から徒歩10分です。
または阪神高速梅田口から車で5分ぐらいです。
