盛山文部科学大臣が華道家元池坊を視察

1月28日、盛山正仁文部科学大臣

が華道家元池坊を訪問され、いけばな発祥の地でもある紫雲山頂法寺（六角堂）



「頂法寺（ちょうほうじ）は、京都市中京区六角通東洞院西入堂之前町にある天台宗系単立の寺院。山号は紫雲山。本尊は如意輪観音。寺号は頂法寺であるが、本堂が平面六角形であることから一般には六角堂の通称で知られている。華道、池坊の発祥の地としても知られている。西国三十三所第18番札所。洛陽三十三所観音霊場第1番札所。」


およびいけばな資料館を視察されました。


池坊からは池坊専好次期家元と池坊雅史事務総長が同席し、六角堂ではいけばなの起こりや華道へ発展した背景について、いけばな資料館では重要文化財「池坊専好立花図」などの資料を元に、日本のいけばな文化の変遷と継承の歴史について説明しました。

On January 28th, Masahito Moriyama, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, visited Ikenobo, the flower arranging school, and toured Shiunzan Chohoji Temple (Rokkakudo), which is also the birthplace of ikebana, and the Ikebana Museum.



From Ikenobo, Ikenobo Senko's next head master and Secretary General Masashi Ikenobo were present, and at Rokkakudo they talked about the origins of ikebana and the background to its development into flower arranging, and at the Ikebana Museum, they talked about materials such as the Important Cultural Property "Ikenobo Senko Standing Flowers". In this section, we explained the history of changes and inheritance of Japanese ikebana culture.
