・We will not be able to deal with troubles during service provision by extending the predetermined time limit.

-If the service is interrupted due to troubles on the operating side such as lines, equipment, etc. while the service is being provided and the service is restored within 10 minutes, we will provide a discount coupon equivalent to the interruption time.
・If service is interrupted due to troubles on the management side such as lines, equipment, etc. while the service is being provided, and the service is not restored within 10 minutes, we will compensate by providing a free coupon.
・If the service is interrupted due to the user's late arrival or the user's line, equipment, etc., the service will not be covered.

[3. Prohibited matters]
In order for everyone to use the service comfortably and for the cast to serve customers with peace of mind, the following acts are prohibited by the Terms of Service.

・Acts such as seeking out or collecting personal information of casts and other users
・An act of meeting or soliciting to meet other than the cast and the virtual space in the service (specific example: contacting other VR services on a one-to-one basis, individuals not only in VR services but also in closed places) Contact each other)
・Harassive acts on the cast, such as abusive language, intimidation, extortion, excessive sexual statements, etc.

・Crimes or acts that may lead to crime
・Cast on SNS etc. and slander slander against other users
・Other acts that give fear or discomfort to the cast, beyond the scope of communication that is considered to be equivalent to social norms.
If an act that violates the Terms of Service is confirmed, we may take measures such as suspension of service provision without notice, even during use or after purchasing a ticket.
