FAQ ~Summary of Frequently Asked Questions with Voice Talkers~

To use the tone talker and chat with confidence,
I have compiled a list of frequently asked questions.
This article will be edited by the customer support staff at any time.

・Payment methods that can be used to purchase nomination cards
PayPay, PayPal, bank accounts, credit and debit cards
Available brands [VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Discover, UnionPay]

・Unlocking still images and screenshots online
The shooting of "still images/screenshots" by guests online will be conditionally lifted!

*Please note that only still images (screenshots, monitor/screen photos) are applicable.

Movie shooting, voice recording, etc. are prohibited unless there is special permission.

・Be sure to obtain the approval of the cast that will be the subject when shooting
∙ Obtaining consent from the subject cast in advance for posting on SNS etc.
・ Shooting should be within the range that does not interfere with normal communication
・Do not make obligatory/obsessive requests regarding poses, angles, etc.
-In principle, processing of shot images and secondary use are also prohibited without explicit permission from the subject cast.

・About cancellation of guest convenience
As a general rule, no refund will be given for cancellation due to guest convenience.
If you inquire in advance that it will not be in time for the ticket time due to circumstances, the management will notify the cast to that effect.

・About nomination card sales hours
Nomination cards will be released every day at 20:00.🇯🇵
The nomination card is from 4:00 to 3:59 the next day as one day,🇯🇵
Sales will end at 20:00 the day before.
Nomination cards will be available for sale 10 days before use.

Example) 8 o'clock on August 1
・Discontinued before 4:00 on August 3
・A new nomination card after 4:00 on August 3 is released

・About entry time
If you enter the room within 10 minutes from the start time stated on the nomination card and you do not go online, the nomination card will be treated as canceled.
Please allow enough time so that you can go online when the time comes.

・About extension request
Please tell the cast. We will send you the PayPal payment link or the PayPay QR code via chat. (For PayPal, please register as a PayPal member and use your wallet to register your credit card and bank account)

◆ "Trouble during use"
If there are instructions from the cast during use, please follow those instructions.
If there is no improvement after that, please contact us from the inquiry form.

・"Unexpected error has occurred" error or heavy operation when entering the room
Make sure that the audio input/output destination of the PC is set to the microphone to be used.
If there is no improvement above, and if possible, try disabling other than the microphone you plan to use.

-Cannot hear the voice of the cast or guest while talking with the sound talker.
Please restart the application and re-enter the room.
If possible, try disabling the microphone other than the one you plan to use.

-The screen freezes while chatting with the sound talker.
Please restart the application and try re-entry.
