I studied anatomy a little at last. I learned about deltoid and its origin and insertion.

The model's muscle in the video was very clear to recognize it. That was amazing. My deltoid seems to not have fibers even I tighten the muscle.

The shape of the top of shoulder bones always looks complicated.
