[English]Party
Thank you for inviting me.
I'm very happy to be able to celebrate with you.
I was really looking forward to it because I haven't been able to spend much time talking to you this semester.
How do you know host?
We were taking the same class. He came in where some Japanese were sitting. I hadn't done much prep and was looking up case outlines on Quimbee and Wikipedia during class. He maybe wanted to discuss more.
I like your dress very much!
Where did you get it?
I'm glad we have this opportunity to meet because we haven't had a chance to talk slowly before.
We were in XX's class together, right?
I remember you being an active participant in that class.
I remember meeting you, but where did we meet?
4.話題
What is your best memory of living in the U.S.?
I guess it was being able to spend time with my family. Working in Japan, I don't have a lot of time to spend with my family. My daughter is growing up so fast, she couldn't even crawl at first, but recently she is able to run.
You have many Japanese friends, don't you? / Do you have Japanese friends?Who do you know?Have you gone anywhere with them?
It tastes great.
The food is so authentic.
d.日本食
Actually, I haven't been to many Japanese restaurants. But I went to Ippudo. I was surprised to find out that Ippudo costs about $30 in the U.S., whereas in Japan it costs about $7.
I wanted to try some sushi, but I settled for poke from Costco instead.
Also, this is not Japanese food, but I went to a Korean barbecue restaurant and it was very good!
e.自炊
I bought an Instant Pot the other day and it has been very useful.
g.お酒
Are you a heavy drinker?
I am lightweight.
He is alcoholic.
6.動き
Excuse me, I will get some drinks.
I will be back.
I must leave now. It's getting too late.
Unfortunately, I must(have to) go soon.
Were we friends on Instagram? If not, can I follow you?
Let's exchange Instagram accounts.
My boss worked with a friend from his study abroad days when he did foreign business.
I hope we can keep in touch after graduation too.
It was nice meeting you.
Have a great night.
I had a good time.
Thank you for hosting.
や"Should I?"、"Which one?"
