　スラッシュを入れることで文型の塊と修飾語が区切られ文構造が分かり、日本語に置き換えやすくなります。スラッシュは関係代名詞、前置詞の前に入れます。

　「乳母はたいてい中年の未婚女性だった、彼女らは厳しかった、子供たちに対して。」

　スラッシュは関係代名詞の前、カンマの後に入れます。
