Movie review: AIR —Now I See the Logo Called a Swoosh!

Just Do It.

When I first heard the slogan from a childhood TV commercial, I remember the simple yet powerful words resonating young me directly.
(Actually, the origin of this phrase was unexpected. You'll see if you watch the movie.)

The movie AIR is about the company Nike and focuses on how Air Jordans were created in collaboration with basketballer, Michael Jordan.

The story developed so fast-paced, and it was like perfectly symbolized the company logo swoosh.
By the way, I learned that logo is called the “swoosh” for the first time.

The movie asked me, “What does it take to carry out your beliefs?”

At the same time, I also thought something like this.
"People can feel envy toward other people's success."

However, this feeling is misplaced. To succeed, you need to make immeasurable efforts and have the courage to go on the path you believe in.
It also requires overcoming tremendous obstacles and experiencing other people's disapproval.

Eventually, you also realize that you cannot achieve it by yourself: you need the help of others. These experiences foster camaraderie, and trust creates a relationship in which people care about each other.

You should appreciate and respect those points before you envy successful people.

One last thing, I’d like to say that Jordan's mother, Deloris, is super cool.
Where does she get such graceful competitive strength? I admire her.

Anyway, AIR is a powerful and refreshing film.
I would watch this one again when I need a push to try something.
