12　1/4-私の飼い主さん（お母さん＝ヘルガ）の一大事

中学生の時に自宅を焼失

見た目からしてバリバリの日本人の　私の飼い主さん達が　こともあろうにお互いをこの訳のわからない　ジョージとヘルガと呼び合うことになったんですよ。だんだん国籍不明になっていくでしょ・・・
そんな訳で　この二人のせいでシバイヌモモも時々書く内容が国籍不明になっちゃう事もあるかも・・・です！

火事で家を失う
Helga lost her house in a fire at 14 years old on April 10th in 19xx.
煙が立ち上る　
She saw rising white smoke ,from the window of her class room, second floor of junior high school.
爆発音があって屋根が吹き飛ぶ
It was followed by a propane gas explosion which blew a roof off.
足をもつれさせながら家路を急いだ　
She hurried to set off home stumbling over her own feet.
足が鉛のように重い　Her legs felt leaden.
すぐそこなのに非常に遠い　
It was so close from the school, yet she felt so far away.
焼け跡に佇む　She finally stood in the fire-devastated area.
焼け焦げた残骸　There were charred remains in front of her.
ゴミ焼却火災 It was a debris-burning fire.
夜勤の父親が帰宅後にゴミ焼却　
Her father worked night shift, and right after getting home, he burned garbage/waste in the backyard.
火の不始末に気づかず　
After that he quickly fell asleep without noticing his careless handling of fire.
焼け焦げた写真を捨てた事以外思い出せない
Anyway she couldn’t recall this old memory except one fact that she discarded charred scrap of photos without thinking anything.
