The creator wields their blessed scourge

The hollow sun smears the ashen sky
Once collapsed a slumber is no more
New blood will join the lifeless soil
Yet the flowers bear no fruits

Frail and feeble, afraid and shriveled
In reclusion lives man
Furtive treason, grey and lethal
