Continual Inquiries to the Chiba Prefectural Police
Since an incident on May 6, 2023, I have made 15 inquiries through the Chiba Prefectural Police website up until June 20, 2024.
Although the content of my inquiries has evolved, the items I inquired about on June 20, 2024, are as follows:
Is my 110 emergency call properly recorded by your department?
Did you instruct the Kashiwa Police Station to respond by phone instead of in writing?
Is there a possibility that the responder to my 110 emergency call was not a regular employee of the police headquarters?
Is there an issue with calls to the Kashiwa Police Station being displayed as coming from the Togane Police Station Kanayago Substation?
Is there a possibility that members of specific organizations, both inside and outside the Kashiwa Police Station, are handling the calls?
Grounds for Each Inquiry
On the night of March 6, 2018, I made a 110 emergency call from both my home and a public phone. Afterward, I visited the Miyamae Police Station without prior notice and found that eight uniformed police officers, who were seated and waiting, were unaware of my call.
Following the incident on May 6, 2023, I made a 110 emergency call, but there is no record of it in my phone call history.
Despite requesting a written response, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be the assistant head of the Kashiwa Police Station’s community division on June 7, 2023, stating that there was indeed a 110 emergency call. However, based on the response from the assistant head of the community division in August 2021, I find this hard to believe.
Since before May 2023, I have been concerned about calls to the Kashiwa Police Station being displayed as coming from the Togane Police Station Kanayago Substation.
Based on the aforementioned supplementary information, I believe there is a possibility that members of specific organizations, both inside and outside the Kashiwa Police Station, are handling the calls.
Supplementary Information
Before moving to Kashiwa City in September 2019, I lived in Miyamae Ward, Kawasaki City.
On March 6, 2018, after making a 110 emergency call from my home in Miyamae Ward, Kawasaki City, I visited the Miyamae Police Station more than an hour later, but the eight police officers present at the time were unaware of my call.
There is a possibility that two uniformed police officers who visited me just after 3 a.m. on November 20, 2019, were impostors.
I have doubts about a young female police officer and an elderly male police officer who visited me late at night on July 30, 2021. According to the Kashiwa Police Station, these officers were regular employees, but I question the hiring standards.
Response from the Chiba Prefectural Police and the Kashiwa Police Station
Since June 8, 2023, I have continually informed them that I am experiencing unimaginable human rights violations.
On June 20, 2024, when I made an inquiry through the Chiba Prefectural Police website, I also sent the full text of the registered mail with delivery confirmation that I had sent to the Cabinet Secretariat of the National Police Agency on February 19 of the same year, divided into three parts due to character limit restrictions.
Nevertheless, since receiving an unnatural response from someone claiming to be the assistant head of the Kashiwa Police Station’s community division on June 7, 2023, I have received no response.
In Conclusion
In this post, I have shared that my repeated inquiries to the Chiba Prefectural Police have been ignored.
It is unclear how long I can continue to disseminate information via SNS, but I intend to keep making inquiries.
I have little hope for a sincere response from them.
Through Note and X, I am calling for volunteers to assist with external whistleblowing, but whether this will succeed remains to be seen...
