DeviantArtで丸ぱくりされた。DMCA申し立てをして削除してもらった

NFTアートのトラブル以来、新たに画像を追加していないDeviantArtから次のようなメールが来た。

Mirecat2, our image detection software, DeviantArt Protect, has found an image similar to your artwork: "AI: cat eating macdolald humberger."

If you're okay with it, ignore this email.

If your art's been used without permission, visit Bliinchiki3's gallery to check that there aren't other images that belong to you. You can begin the takedown process by filling out a DMCA takedown notice.

月１ドルでサブスクライブ、というコーナーの画像にも使用されているっぽい。

早速Take Down手続きに入り、全部記入したのに、エラーメッセージ出るし；；

再度、挑戦してみて、DeviantArtにログインしていなかったのが原因と判明。
次はうまくいきました。

22 日未明には、該当コンテンツを削除し書面による警告とテイクダウン通知を行ったとメールが来た。
