Many are under the misconception that the QFS and RV will not begin until next March, but it has already begun.

Many are under the misconception that Dr. Charlie Ward was told that the RV and QFS will not be movable until March 2023.💦

As far as I know, Dr. Charlie has never said that.

He said that it will take 6 months from September 24 to March 24 next year to have the QFS (system) fully operational.

This is because they are going to proceed slowly so that people don't panic.

So he says it will take 6 months to get it figured out and functioning properly, but the RV has already started.

※As far as I know, Dr. Charlie has explained it three times in insider videos this Wednesday and last Saturday, and in an open video by Juan O. Savin on the 12th.

They revaluation started on September the 24th. That's when the pound, the dollar and the euro came into virtual parity.

That was the start.

There's been zeros knocked off the Venezuelan and the Zimbabwe currencies.

There's been a number of there's been the announcement of the US note.

The process for the QFS to be fully operational will take six months, it started already, the clock is ticking now.

The QFS and I've just been given authority to talk about this in America and we're going to go into detail.

The quantum financial system is the new digital banking system.

We had to see the the Central bank digital currency first so that we understood what we could have fallen into the safety net is the quantum financial system and this was an interesting point that scared the living daylights out of a few people.

The quantum financial system is not gold backed.

The currencies that plug into it are, but the system itself is purely an operating system.

You cannot plug in unless you are asset backed.

The first countries to plug in are bricks Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.

They are plugged in already, but they are not yet live.

They are followed up by Argentina and Saudi Arabia.

They are plugged in already, but they are ready to plug in.

Is the USN which is gold backed and the Starlinked token, the British one.　

They're ready, but they're not yet plugged in.　

They're very close to being ready to go in.

Now, once they're in, everybody will then be plugged in.

This the quantum system will be fully operational the moment it becomes fully operational.

It's what's called 【I will get the green light】.

That they are operating.

At the moment they're using gold back currency between themselves, but they're not using it with with the quantum system as yet.

So when I said it wouldn't be until March, it'll take between.

The 24th of September and March 24th of March to be fully operational, it'll take six months to get the whole thing working properly so that people understand that, but it's already started.
