Q19: How does death in Hell work exactly? If a sinner kills another sinner, do they respond? Or is it more complicated than that?（地獄で死ぬと具体的にどうなりますか？罪人が他の罪人を殺した場合、再生しますか？あるいはもっと複雑？）

The easiest answer is, yeah, they respond because you can't die in this hell universe if you are a sinner. If you're a hell -born, there's a different conversation, but the show's not super about that, but just because it's part of the lore.

Season one doesn't super get into the backstories of the characters when they were alive just yet. We get little mentions or hints and stuff, but that is something that we may or may not start to see in the future.

Yes, yeah, big time. That's an easy answer. It definitely like the kind of person someone was influences whatever kind of creature they become.

The Deer Tail, oh my God. So we kind of want to make a joke about that in the show. So I can't quite answer it because I think it's just going to be funnier if we answer it in the show.

Maybe Lucifer because I feel like that's a character that really nobody knows what to expect beyond the imagery that we've seen of Lucifer in the trailers.

Yes, actually, yeah. So Lucifer is kind of my low-key favorite. I love him a lot. He's very, very fun. He's very up my alley as a character. And so I'm very excited for people to learn about him for sure, so I agree with that.

My personal one, I think it's Angel just because Angel has so much depth and he's a very special character to me. So I'm very excited for people to kind of get to know him more and see his more intimate side because that's definitely something we hinted at in the original pilot, but obviously didn't have much time to get into. And the series does, so I'm very excited for that.

And the, oh my god, yeah, I do, I do love, I love villains. So we have this trio of villains called the Vees and it's like Vox, Valentino and Velvet and I love them a lot.

They're a much bigger part of season two. That's the one thing I think is safe to say about season two is that they have a pretty big role in it. But they are in season one and they're very fun, and I love them. They're great.

There's so many. I feel like they're more fun to see because there's also a lot of like small small lore things that kind of connect this show in a shared universe spiritually with my other series.

And so there's little things that tie the universes together that are super like non consequential and small, but I feel like only the most Hawkeye audience members will see them. So I'm very excited for that.

I am often criticized by my friends and family as a phone addict, so I have to say the answer's probably Vox. I am, I'm glued to a screen for most of my day every day. So that is, I feel like that's probably an unfortunate answer to that question.

Vox is pretty fun though, at least, he's very fun.

I don't know, I always joke that the characters are all cooler than me, so I'm trying to think of which one, I mean, obviously Charlie's awesome, and I think Charlie, there's a lot of Charlie in me.

Victim. I feel like I would not make it very far in the world of HazbinHotel.

I know me either. That's why I was like I guess Charlie. No, oh man, I mean, I don't know, you know, it's funny, my sister works professionally in hotels and I still don't know the rules and the roles and stuff.

But she had a cool job, so maybe like that, so my sister worked in VIP management, so I'm like, yeah, maybe like that, like dealing with cool people coming, but I don't know if I'd be good at it because everyone would be awful.

It's tough for Hazbin because I really feel like the Hazbin core group of characters is so iconic as a group of characters.
ハズビンは難しいですね。なぜなら、ハズビンの主要なキャラクターたちは、グループとして非常にアイコニックだと感じるからです。
I think like the easiest answer would be the Vees because they're a unit that is antagonist of the main characters, but you know, obviously you're not focusing on the antagonist the whole time. So it's like, what are they doing? Like in the other bits, we're not seeing them, that would be fun.

Mm-hmm, there's some fun lore stuff that obviously we can't. It'll be more in the show, you'll see it.

But the two characters that canonically can dance the best are Vaggie and Carmilla, which Carmilla, people haven't quite gotten to know yet, and I'm very excited for that, too, but, and she's been announced, so it's safe, but, yeah, the Vaggie is the easiest answer, because she's a very surprisingly good dancer.

Oh, man! I feel like there's so many. I might have to dig a second, if you were--

I have one immediately, which is we had to change some noises that Darren Criss was making because they were too sexual.

That is, that's my one. They were a little over the top, but I thought they were very entertaining.

One of my favorites was in Jeremy's session, which it was a song, so you might have been there.

He was having trouble with one very specific. It was just a challenging note. And so it wasn't like he couldn't hit the note, it was just a challenging mess of notes in a very specific melody.

And then the other one was when we first recorded Erica, and it was like the first session ever.

So she was like the first session of the first episode, and she was recording Happy Day in Hell. And I think this one's on camera, so I like love this moment. But she was singing it partly. It was like a phenomenal first take, but she just, it was at that final big, huge, which everyone's heard now, the big, huge, like Ahh~♪ like at the end of Happy Day in Hell.
彼女はエピソード1の最初のセッションで『Happy Day in Hell』をレコーディングしていました。

But there's been so many, like I feel like every session at least had one. So many of the actors like bring a fun improv, or like we'll play and do Ｗalla, and all this like unique stuff in the booth. So like almost every actor has like a fun moment like that. Those are just like two of the big ones I could remember.

One thing that I noticed was that whenever someone knew would meet Richard for the first time, they would call out a different role they knew him from.

There's so many, I mean, you know what's funny? A lot of them are actually really good,--

In terms of silly ones, I don't know. The theories that I've seen that make me go, "Huh, that's interesting. It's wrong, but it's interesting", is, I will once in a while see theories that people believe two very different characters are actually the same character at different points in time.

I just, I am really excited for everyone to see it. we've been kind of the production was long and challenging and rewarding to have it all done and then it has kind been done for like a second.
私はただ、皆さんに見てもらえることがとても楽しみなんです。制作期間は長く、チャレンジングですべてが終わってやりがいがありました。一瞬で終わったように感じます。
And it's just been like Oh my gosh like wait we're actually really close to like it actually because they know that it kind of like, it was like I don't know like we've just it just hasn't been real for so long that its coming out and the fact that it is coming up so soon and it like full season and I'm really proud of it.
そして、「OMG、待って、本当にもうすぐなんだ」という感じです。というのも、この作品が長い間現実ではなかったことを知っているから。それがもうすぐ公開され、フルシーズンで来るという事実、私はそれを本当に誇りに思います。
And I've seen it so many times now that I am kind like, I know it so well and we're already like in the very very early processes of season two, but we're already going back into more of it. So the fact that nobody's seen the first season is kind of like I still have to wrap my head around it. And so I'm really excited. I hope everyone enjoys this.

It's super cool watching people watch this for the first time because I think we first started recording in October of 2021.

-So we've had such a long time to live with this, that now we don't even need to watch the show anymore.

That kind of thing which is so exciting. And it's like a completely new way for me to see something that I've worked on come into existence where like now I'm just getting ready for them to learn all the things that I got to learned two years ago.

Yeah. That's always the challenge with animation is that. I feel like it's across-the-board like especially with the actors because they've recorded so long ago.

I don't even know if they remember half the show we made them say. So I'm really excited for that.

But yeah, I am so proud of it. And I don't know, I love these characters to death. It's intimidating how anticipated the show is. But again, I genuinely do feel like it is. I so proud it.
