I have watched the movie “ALEGRIA” .
An enchanting Fable from the show which I had seen in Japan when I was 14 years old.
Yes, it was the show which literally has changed my life totally.
先日、アレグリアの映画を観ました。
わたしが１４歳の時に舞台で見た、文字通り、その後の人生を１８０度変えた作品。
After that encounter, I have experienced many different shows such as QUIDAM, ZED, CORTEO which produced by the legend of circus, CIRQUE DU SOLEIL.
Once I took my boy friend to “ZED” for his birthday as a surprise, one of the best program I have ever seen on earth..when I was early 20th.
その奇跡の出逢いの後（当時、母がたまたま貰ったというチケットをわたしに譲ってくれてのことだったのだけれど）、すっかり伝説のサーカス、シルク・ドゥ・ソレイユに魅了されたわたしは、劇団が日本に来るたびに、キダム、ゼッド、コルテオとショーを観に行ったのでした。
一度、２０代のはじめ、当時、付き合っていた彼を誕生日のサプライズとしてゼッドに連れて行ったことも。
ゼッドは、わたしが知る限り、この地球上でベストプログラムです。
円形の舞台、絹の弾幕が降りて、演者が総勢現れた瞬間に、いつも泣いてしまうほどに。
I started to dreaming to be the part of their show, to be the vocal of CIRQUE DU SOLEIL and even I had applied to their audition sometimes.
いつしかわたしは、彼らの一員となり、歌うことを夢見るようになりました。
何度か、シルクのオーデション用のアプリケーションに応募したこともある。
Until now I haven’t been on the stage with them but that dream brought me somewhere and open up my spiritual path beyond my imagination.
In 2009, I met my first teacher of Bhakti Yoga, Nada Yoga and mantras, her name is Gina Sala, used to perform for “O” in Las Vegas as a lead Vo.
これまでのところ、結局、わたしが彼らとともにステージで歌う機会はなかったけれども、この「夢」は、わたしを予想もしなかった、まったく別の道へと導き、扉を開けさせたのでした。
２００９年、わたしは、自身の最初のバクティ・ヨガ、ナダ・ヨガの師、ジーナ・サラー氏と出逢うことになるのです。
彼女は、かつて、シルクの看板演目である、ラスベガスの超人気ショー、Oでリード・ボーカルを務めていたグローバル・シンガーでした。
I didn’t know anything about Bhakti or Mantras but I couldn’t miss the opportunity to learn singing under somebody who performed in CIRQUE.
As soon as I found the info of her Vo workshop, I booked it in Yokohama.
わたしは、これまでバクティ・ヨガ（献身のヨガ）のこともマントラのこともまったく知りませんでしたが、とにかく、憧れのシルクで歌ってきたボーカリストに直接、習える機会があるのなら！と彼女の来日を知った瞬間、横浜で開催されるワークショップに申し込んだのでした。
What I have learned from her was how to love and how to cuddle my soul with my voice.
The way how to treat our breath and voice as divine vehicle.
First time I realise that we don’t need to sing for anybody before we sing for our own soul. It was beyond performance..
わたしが彼女のもとで学んだことは、みずからの声で、じぶん自身を愛し、抱きしめる方法でした。それは、どのように自分自身の声を神の乗り物として慈しみ、あつかうのか、ということ。
私たちは、まず、誰のためでもなく、じぶん自身のスピリットのために歌う。それは、完全にパフォーマンスという概念超えたものでした。
This is the bigining of the story WHY I AM HERE, doing Kirtan, teaching Sanskrit and Mantras…
これが、わたし自身の物語のはじまりです。
なぜ、わたしがキールタンをリードし、サンスクリット語とマントラを歌い、教え続けるようになったのか。
I don’t know still I want to or have passion to jump into the realm of PERFORMANCE after I started sharing music and singing as a ritual and way of healing but anyway, how kind divine is…
祈り、そしてヒーリングの方法として歌うことを覚え、シェアを続けるわたしに、果たして、またパフォーマンスの世界に飛び込む願望と情熱は残されているだろうか？
何はともあれ、とにかく、なんて神様って、優しいんだろう。
He (or she) has millions of different faces and is able to change his names and shapes according to someone’s interest or revel of growth in order to attract her and bring her to the light path, in other word, Dharma.
彼（彼女）は、無限の姿を持ち、わたしたちの興味と精神レベルにあわせて、自在にその名前と顔を変えることができる。私たちをそれぞれの魂が求める真の道、つまりダルマに導くために。
That function of divine always reminds me the playfulness and sweetness of lord KRSNA.
このすばらしい神の機能（愛）に触れる時、わたしはいつもクリシュナ神の遊び心と甘美の香りを想い出すのです。
That night, just after the program, I was alone and on my way to the train station from the theater, one of the audience who has enjoyed the performance said
“What an amazing show it was! I has been fully rejuvenated. I am ready to live my life with love and joy again. ”
その晩、サーカスが終わった帰り道、駅に向かう途中で、ともに演目を楽しんだであろう観客の一人がこんなふうに呟いたのを憶えている。
「ああ！すばらしいショーだった。ほんとうに元気をもらったわ。これでまた、明日から頑張れそう」
It made me cry and hold her words as a message whenever I share songs in my life.
見ず知らずの誰かの、その言葉にわたしは密かに涙し、以来、どんな時でも、じぶんが歌う時には、メッセージとして、胸に想うのです。
“ALEGRIA” means Joy, Elation, Jubilation
アレグリアとは、喜び、高揚、歓喜の意
