出生届は岩見沢市の保健センターや市立総合病院
婚姻届は市民サービス課や支所などで1日から配布予定だそうです！！！！！
MAYA MAXXのメッセージ
複雑な世の中だからこそ、シンプルでかわいいものを
今回、婚姻届にユキウサギ、出生届にエゾリスと、ホルダーの表紙に北海道らしい動物を描き ました。中を開くと、ネコやウサギ、花やハートがにぎやかに配置してあって、幸せな感じを出 しています。4 年ほど前に、私のふるさと今治市の婚姻届と出生届に絵を描いたことがありまし た。この絵を松野市長がご覧になったことがきっかけで、岩見沢市でも取り組みが実現しました。 生まれた場所と今住んでいる場所、両方の婚姻届と出生届に関わらせてもらえるのはとてもうれ しいことです。今、世界各地で紛争が起こり、また気候変動による災害も起こっています。すぐ には解決が難しい複雑な世の中ですよね。だからこそ、シンプルでかわいいものであることは、 とても大事なこと。〝おめでとう〟の気持ちを込めて描きました。

The front and back covers are melt-in-your-mouth cute notification forms that you can keep for yourself.
Birth notifications are available at the Public Health Center and the Municipal General Hospital.
Marriage notifications will be available at the Citizen Service Division and branch offices from the 1st. ！！！！！
Samples will also be displayed at the current MUJI Iwamizawa "Miru-Tobu and MAYA MAXX are here! exhibition at MUJI Iwamizawa, so please come and take a peek!
