あなたの心と意識を
すべての実在が生起する　
内なる目覚めへと 導こう

If you find beauty and love 
in the people and nature around you
You will find beauty and love in you as well 

On the other hand, 
if you find hatred or anger around you
You will also reflect hatred and anger onto yourself

Thus, what you always see and touch
shall penetrate your heart and form yourself

Guide your mind and consciousness
to the inner awakening 
where all the reality arises
