【IDEOU】Insights for Innovationのシラバス

シラバスはWebに公開されており、5週間のプログラムとなっている。以下はその抜粋。いくつかの課題テーマの中から自分の興味のあるものを選び、その課題について取り組む形式。

・Introduction ‐ Chose your challenge(自分の取り組みテーマを選ぶ) 
 　Be introduced to IDEO’s approach to innovation, explore the power of
 　 insights, and choose your project challenge.

・Lesson1：Practice Observing(Week1)
　Practice how to listen with your eyes in order to understand what people
    value and care about. 

・Lesson2：Interviewing(Week2)
　Learn activities and tools for asking the right kinds of questions and setting
    the stage

・Lesson3：Empathy(Week3)
　Get beyond your assumptions by putting yourself in the shoes of the
    people you’re designing for

・Lesson４：Insights(Week4)
　Share compelling, quality insights that will inspire and motivate others to
    innovate.

・Course Conclusion(Week5)
　Learn how to continue to refine your skills over time and use your insights
    out in the world.

Introductionのパートでは、プロフィールの自己紹介やこのコースで何を学びたいかといったような内容をTeaching Lead(IDEOの方)や同じコースを受けているメンバーと共有しながら進めていく。今回のTeam LeadはDonna Teuberさんという方、各コメントへの返信などもできるようになっており、タグ付けをして指名して質問をすることもできる。
驚いたのは世界各国からおそらく200名くらいの受講者がいること。刺激をもらいながら頑張りたい。
