start new life

This year, I started a new life.
My place of residence has changed, and my environment has also changed drastically.
I have two goals for this year.
The first is on the work front.
There are many things I want to do, such as training junior staff, probability of operation, and preparation as a time zone manager.
My priority is to improve the environment.
I want to focus on creating an environment where everyone enjoys working and is rewarded for their efforts.
The second point is human relations.
My first priority is not to make my loved one sad or lonely, and I want to make her happy.
And I want to contribute to creating an environment where she can live happily and happily without suffering.
Because I love her.
I can do my best and be strong with her.
I want to stay with her forever.
I want to make this year happier and more fulfilling than last year.
