Compensation for work

it's been a while (since I last saw, mailed, etc., you)

I've been thinking lately.

I wonder what a job is.
If the salary of a person doing various jobs was the same as the salary of a person doing one job, I would choose one job.
I would choose one job because it allows me to focus on that job and master it.
It is nice to be able to do a variety of things by doing multiple jobs halfway through a career, but I have recently wondered if the rewards are really fair.

Compensation is an important part of a person's work. If that is not established, people will break down quickly.

I may have reached my limit.
I have no more enthusiasm or motivation for my current job.
I want to concentrate on one thing and master it.
I wonder if I should change jobs,
