ニューオリンズといえばケイジャン料理、そしてケイジャン料理といえばジャンバラヤでしょう！というわけで食べて参りました。日本のファミレスで食べるよりもおじやに近いモイスチャーテイストでした、イメージとは少し違って食べやすい優しい味。なるほどこれが現地の味なのかー、何だかホッコリした夜。
