Case : Bicycle Sharing System Localization From China Spec
The Localization Of Bicycle Sharing System's Hardware Manufactured In China
It was an inquiry from a Japanese investment company.
The requests were modification, improvement, mass production of the electronic lock which suits a Japanese communication situation, operation of its service, and fitting it with the Japanese Radio Act.
An electric lock which manufactured in China isn't suit to Japan communication standards
Therefore, we designed a 4G / LET circuit, a communication standard in Japan, and developed a control module.
In addition, it also supports technical standards compliance to comply with the Domestic Radio Act.
The picture on the left side shows the bike with sharing system. We hardware-localized this as Japanese spec.
We designed devices from a communication circuit.
We couldn't use firmware, server-side software, and a smartphone app built in China. Therefore, we redesigned all of them completely new including a control unit with 4G/LTE functions to suit Japan.
In addition to the development of IoT devices, server-side systems, and smartphone apps, our Lyncs-entertainment is operating mass production, and service operation.
We've covered all of the parts of the project by our self.

In Our Factory,
we conducted a production of the communication circuits, assembling electric locks, and after inspection and endurance test, we shipped it.
In the initial shipment, our staff went on a business trip to the site for the initiating operation of the sharing bicycle.
Aftermath the development, we have been operating cloud systems and maintain the electric lock.
