Doomscrolling

Spent the morning, until now, scrolling through the news.
It is, as they say, all doom and gloom.
Depressing.
I'm going to take a tip from the cat
and hide from it for now.
And do other happy things.
I have a new book of classical guitar sheet music.
I think I'll get away from the news
and hide in the music.
