RULE 1: The passive voice is used to express information in an impersonal or objective way.
受動態は非個人的または客観的な方法で情報を表現する時に表現します


RULE 2: Many verbs in English can be used in both the active and the passive voice. In passive sentences, the receiver of the action becomes the subject of the verb. The doer of the action is indicated by the expression by + noun.
英語の多くの動詞は能動と受動態両方で使用されます。受動態分ではアクションの受信者が動詞の主語になる。 アクションの実行者は表現+ by 名詞で示します。

RULE 3: The passive voice is formed with the verb TO BE and the past participle of the verb. Below an example of the simple past form of the passive voice.
受動態は TO BE という動詞と、その動詞の過去分詞で形成されています
受動態の単純過去形の例を以下に示します
