逃げる人が無自覚にとる「MTGに遅れて参加し、早めに出る」という行動

・インターナルMTGはゴールの再確認、クライアントとの討議アジェンダ、シナリオ、これに向けたアクションを定めるために重要である
・そこそこのサイズのプロジェクトならば、複数の偉い人が参加する
・が、偉い人でもMTGにおけるパフォーマンスは人それぞれである

・何人か観察した結果、パフォーマンスの低い人に共通する行動が「5分遅刻して、次のMTGを理由に5分前に退出する」である。なぜか？
・開始5分は、そのMTGのアジェンダ・論点を確認する時間。最後5分は結論、ネクストアクション、分担を確認する時間である
・つまり、上記の行動をとる人はその会議の意思決定に一切関与していない
・もちろん中間の50分に喋りはするが、アドバイスの域を出ない。議論の流れに乗っかって合わせているだけである
・要は、こういう人はプロジェクトをリードすることから逃げているのである（クライアントに責任者、専門家としてコミットしているにも関わらず）

・そして、本人らにそれとなく確認した結果、これらは無自覚の行動のようである
・彼らのエクスキューズは、たくさん案件を抱えていて、MTGスケジュールがタイトだからである
・中間の50分間に参加することで、貢献できていると本気で思っているように見える
・ただ、コロナに起因するWork From Homeの徹底で、こうした人も徐々に駆逐されるような気がしている。この話はまた別途

-Internal mtg is important to decide next agenda, meeting scenario, and action for next mtg preparation.
-At middle to large size project, some senior members participate this mtg.
-But, the performance in the mtg depends on the person.

-From my some observations, I found common actions among them.
-It is "join late 5 mins and leave early 5 mins". Why ?
-First 5 mins is the time to set the agenda and key issues.
-Last 5 mins is the time to confirm the conclusion, next action, and in charge person.
-So people who take above action do not contribute the decision making.
-Of course, they speak in the mtg, but it's just advice not decision making.
-They avoid leading the project.

-I felt their action caused by their unawareness.
-I seemed that they really believe own contribution to the project by the only participating in the middle-time of mtg.
-But the new work rule, "work from home" would drive out them from the project. I want to write this on another day.
