調べてみると『play』がしっくりくるような…

『tackle』って、ラグビーとかの「タックル」のイメージが強かったけど、
英語では『to try to deal with something or someone』という意味。

今回は『an adult you trust』。

大きな違いはないのかもしれないけど
世間的に信頼されている大人ではなくて、
「あなたが」信頼している大人に話す
という意味があるような気がする。(深読みしすぎ？)
