Love yourself first.
I don’t say this to everyone.

I say it to my people.
Those who always care for others, who worry endlessly.

Those who fight for justice, who are activists.

My people.
Healers, dancers, researchers, or so,
Love yourself first,
Especially when it’s the hardest thing to do.
