The best thing to do is dance.

Strip for expressing how you love your own body.

Dance in a slow flow.  
Delay the tempo of the music.

Open your legs.  
Shake your hip.  
Shimmy your boobs.  
Wave your core.

Feel the flow of the song, the lyrics, and the rhyme.

This is your moment.  
Your release.
