How I can contribute by starting a business in Canada, and how can I make trans or queer individuals who are either immigrating or visiting from Japan, Korea, or China feel not discriminated against or included while taking into account their cultural backgrounds? I can provide this knowledge as an asset to the company.

As a result of immigrating from Japan and establishing a business in Canada that serves Japanese and Asian communities, many companies lack sufficient knowledge about transgender and queer issues, as well as a comprehensive understanding of gender. In a way, they may be discriminatory. In response, drawing from my background in transgender and gender-related research, I can provide lectures on the existing issues and gaps in knowledge.

Having served as a university faculty member in Japan, I am interested in offering individuals in Canada who wish to learn about Japan and its culture specific research methods and foundational knowledge. With a Japanese language teaching certificate and 370 hours of completed training, I am equipped to provide instruction not only in Japanese culture but also in academic Japanese. Such a combination of skills is unique in Canada.

Many people from Canada work as English teachers in Japan, with a significant number expressing interest in cultural exchange and enrollment in educational programs. Among these individuals, there is a lack of resources providing insight into the specific challenges that queer and trans individuals might face in Japan. Utilizing my experience as a university instructor, I can offer thorough explanations about potential challenges, regrets, and the non-inclusive environment that trans individuals might encounter in Japan, helping them prepare and gather useful information  in advance."

The project I am planning is fundamentally innovative, as it has  not yet been explored in Canada. Notably, it involves recording all information on social networking services, assuming surveillance by entities like NASA and various governments. This entails an ethnographic writing approach that adapts to the evolving information society, creating an archive while documenting the nuances of this new era.

The methodology involves interviewing individuals, capturing life stories and experiences, challenging the traditional approach of initiating research, and collaboratively documenting  own experiences. This is carried out in a  strictly evidence-based manner, aiming to respect individual survival knowledge while attempting to describe shared experiences."

Additionally, we plan to self-fund these activities. By  running the project  on donation campaigns, we aim to operate independently, attempting to carry out the project without being subject to control from institutions such as universities or government agencies.

This methodology aims to describe the identity politics of individuals with multiple identities, starting with the experiences of transgender immigrants who are also bivisual. Further, it attempts to narrate the experiences of drag queen, king, and thing those involved in BDSM or kink communities, and even the experiences of sex worker communities.
