My introduction in English

My name is Keisuke Kon. Please call me Kon-san. I am CEO and owner of BeGlobal inc. My company has 105 employees who work from home. We have been 100% remote since 2015.
About my job
Our service name is “marugoto jinji,” and we provide recruitment process outsourcing for venture companies. We support more than 210 companies with recruitment. We are currently expanding our service and number of employees.
About my personal life, I live in Sapporo, Hokkaido in Japan. By the way, our board member lives in Ishigaki island, our director lives in Karuizawa, and we have many employees all around Japan.
I am a serial entrepreneur who has launched three businesses. At first, I made a business at the age of 20 for matching home tutors with students. After that, I joined a venture company as a sales person and business developer.
At the age of 26, I started an employment agency in Cambodia. The company went on to have 30 employees in two years and was bought by a Japanese company.
At 29, I started my current company “BeGlobal inc” in Tokyo. I started off by asking acquaintances if I could help them with anything, and acquired many recruitment jobs this way. I noticed a strong demand among companies for highly skilled HR staff, so I hired many HR employees and formed a team. The team has become a strong one with more than 50 experienced HR employees.
Now, we provide “marugoto jinji” service month by month and end to end. Customers come by referral from other customers who we successfully served. As a result, we don’t have any marketers, and incur nearly zero marketing costs.
80% of our staff are women who choose to work from home due to marriage, childbirth, or living in the countryside. Our company is also hiring, receiving more than 1,200 entries from candidates per month.
My private history
Regarding my personal history, I lived at a boys’ dormitory and attended a boys’ school for six years in junior and high school. After that, I studied educational sociology at Hokkaido university. I also attended a Finnish university for one year. Since then, I have been fond of going to saunas and I go there weekly.
My hobbies are playing board games and Minecraft, and having coffee and sweets. I have also started weight training.
