CELTA課題

Written Assignment

・analysing and responding to learner needs

学習内容と特定の学習者のニーズ分析を行う。 
1. 学習者のレベル、国籍、第一言語 
2. 学歴、英語の学習歴 
3. 英語学習の理由と動機とニーズの特定 
4. 学習者の学習スタイル分析 
5. スキル別の強みと弱みの詳細

・analysing language for teaching purposes

指定された文章から語彙の側面、文法の側面から２つずつ選び言語分析

・teaching language skills

学習者のリーディング、リスニング能力を発達させるためのオーセンティックなリーディング、またはリスニングテキストを選ぶ。以下の順序でレッスンを計画する。 
1. reason 
2. lead-in 
3. initial reading 
4. second reading 
5. productive skills follow up tasks 
6. rationale

・reflecting on classroom teaching

自分自身の指導のリフレクションを行う。チューター、TPメンバー、学習者からのフィードバック、観察を元に教師としての強みと弱点とCELTA後の教授法を維持するための戦略をまとめる。

教育実習

・Over 120 hours of input and teaching practice. 
・6 hours of assessed teaching practice (over 8 or 9 lessons) at 2 different levels of classes of multilingual adults we arrange for you. 
・6 hours of observation of experienced teachers (4 live and 2 video). 
・18 hours of observation of fellow trainees.
*計6時間の授業を作り、総合的に評価されます。

Lesson Plan

指定された日時とトピックに従いレッスンプランを作成し、チューターに提出します。チューターが添削をして返却します。それを改善して再提出して授業に臨みます。

These may refer to self-evaluation, peer evaluation or tutor feedback from previous lessons.

Assessment

Main Lesson Aim(s)

These should reflect the main purpose of your lesson. These should be clear and achievable within the time allocated to the lesson and may be worded in terms of what students will have achieved by the end of the lesson or what you want to achieve in the lesson.

Subsidiary Aim(s)

These should reflect the secondary focus of your lesson, e.g. it could be the language or skill students will use to achieve your main aim.

Target Model(s)

Examples of any language or vocabulary to be presented or practised.

Materials and Resources

You should include all photocopies, handouts, equipment, etc. which will be used. ALL 
your material MUST be referenced to credit the author and publisher. If using materials from books, the page/exercise numbers MUST be included.

Assumptions

Think about what the learners know / can do / are interested in.

Anticipated Difficulties & Solutions

These are problems that might make it difficult to achieve your main lesson aims. Think about both practical or classroom management problems as well as problems with the language/skill you are teaching.
