Decentralized Twitter

I saw the news about Elon Mask, CEO of Twitter, creating a pull asking people whether he should release a ban on the former president's account. That action makes me feel like Mask is trying to make Twitter a place having no limits and regulations from organizations and the government, which is called a decentralized organization. It is like a crypt currency world. 

At almost the same time, there was news that a Japanese animation platform, which allows you to create and view original anima created by individuals, is going to ban sexual content. This is mainly because of the risk of the ban of the payment system from credit card companies. They assumably had a lot of objections from users saying they should not have positioned sexual content. The porn industry is huge. Consequently, this ban is going to be controversial. 

Elon Mask was the co-founder of Paypal, an online payment system that was bought by eBay right now, and is trying to monetize Twitter. If Twitter has a decentralized payment system, it will be a massive app.
