The Seven Aims Practice from Buddhism ---giving kindness to others

The Seven Aims Practice from buddhism ---giving kindness to others.

Hello everyone! How are you today? This is teacher Asuka.

Have you ever heard of seven aims practice, known as seven gifts needing no wealth (muzai no sichise)?

This is a buddhist aims practice.

The 'Shichise' enables you to offer happiness to the people around you, even if you have much money or few possessions.

I'm writing to let you know these seven practices of buddhism here.

1 Gense (眼施):Looking upon others with kind heart and spirits.

2 Waganse (和顔施):Smiling to others every time you meet.

3 Gonjise(言辞施): Speaking to others with using kind words.

4 Shinse(身施):Offering to others those services free of charge you are capable of.

5 Shinse(心施):Offering your heart to others.

6 Shozase(床座施): Surrendering your seat or location to others.

7 Bojyase(房舎施): Offering your own house to others in need.

It is said that offering these seven aims also allows you to improve the type of person you are.

From the above, we can give others not only money but happiness.

I hope you enjoy hearing this topic this time.

Thank you for joining me as always.

See you next time!
