Reskilling: Keeping up with learning

It seems that a lot of people are hearing the word, 'reskilling' lately, and it was first announced at the Dabos conference in 2020. Do you know what this word means?

Reskilling is about people learning new knowledge and new skills to face technological renovation and new business models.

Here's an example of what I'm telling you as a reference here:

It was a happy announcement for me to have received a 'Diploma in Life Coaching' from one of the UK's largest distance learning institutions called 'eLearning College' in mid-August this year. I feel that the Diploma gives me another opportunity to lead into a new phase of my life, alongside my current work.

As mentioned before, there is an increasing number of distance learning courses or institutions are in the world and this will give us some opportunities to have 'reskill' at home soon.

I think it's good for us, because even if you're busy at the moment with work, housework, and bringing up children,
you can learn new things to improve your skills more through such learning opportunities at home and everywhere easily, because the style of e-learning should probably get a new standard of higher education from now on.

In addition, I believe that learning and keeping up with learning can be difficult for most business people, while we live in today's society, such as rapid environmental changes and surroundings, it will help you survive and overcome a lot of hardships in the future.
