Do we need homework?

今週はTopic５の再放送となります。

今日はAnandaとVinayの宿題に関する思い出を纏めました。

Ananda
●We usually had to read a lot for the day. or, for math, we would have to solve problems. 
●We had lots of reading assignments. It has a potential to open up discussion and ideas.
●We had lots of writing  assignments. We had to write about history topics. So, we had to write summaries of the topics in class.

Vinay
●We had to read parts of books at home so we could discuss the books in class. If we all read the book before class, then we had lots of time to discuss it together.
●We had to write essays, For example, I wrote my opinions about the novels we read in class.

2人とも授業で扱う本を読むこと、そしてその本を要約したり自分の意見を纏めるといったエッセイを書く宿題があった、と言っていましたね。
