This post is my fifth dairy.I needed a long time to reach the point.
I was busy. I'll put this answer.
BTW recently my boom is "Coffee" A freshly-roasted coffee is cool.
Some beginner and no coffee liker may know it.
But I really think so then I wrote it and say "A Freshly Roasted Coffee is Cool" again. haha If you notice what I'll say I do say it.
I know another KEY of Drinking coffee. One of the key is "Water"
The hardness of water is important.I prefer to use soft water.
Yoro(Gifu pre) water is so nice.hardness:14mg/L.
In my opinion the softer hardness is the milder and more comfortable coffee taste is. Yoro water is good at bringing out the flavor of coffee taste.
Whisky too.I use it for on the rock and twice-up.
Yesterday I used another soft water(48mg/L). I could feel the main taste of coffee.but I couldn't feel "Mild" Today I used Yoro.I really felt "Mild".
I recommend Yoro water. Easy to buy it. Affordable price!! you can buy it on Liquor Mountain(liquor shop,Its called Rikaman)

I like the acidity of coffee. Yirgachefee's acidity is awesome.
The acidity is like beery's one.
Panama La Esmeralda Diamond Mountain has a nicely balanced flavor.
I wonder if My coffee and whisky journey will be end??  hahaha forever.
