Apartment hunting

来月、引っ越しをすることになり、家を決めました。
横浜市内の物件で、2人ぐらし用の1LDKです。
まだ入居中のため、内見ができていません。
この時期は仕方ないみたいです。。
立地良し、間取り良し、写真による見た目良し、ですが、
1つ気になるのが陽当りです。
私は部屋の陽当りをとても気にします。
やっぱり明るい部屋は気持ちがいい！
1階の部屋なので、陽当りはあまり期待できないそうです。
内見ではどの程度なのか見てきたいと思います。
あと、庭付きのお家ということで、賃貸の庭をどう楽しむか考えるのが楽しみです😊

I'm planning to move next month with my boyfriend. We've alreay decided the apartment where we will live in.
The house is 1LDK type in Yokohama. Someone is still living there so we can't look inside yet.(It always happens in this season.)
The site location, the house layout, the room appearance in photos are all good for me, but..
one thing that I'm worried about is whether the room has enough sunlight or not.
I love a sunny room. It can make us reflesh and happy!
However, the agent staff said we can't expect enough sunlight because our new room is in the 1st floor.
I will look carefully how much the sun light is.
Also, the room has a private yard. I'm looking forward to enjoy the space.
